Moulding

The moulding department is made up of 30 injection moulding machines all of which are ARBURG and NEGRI BOSSI. We have a range of machines that goes from 25 to 370 tonnes and the possibility of moulding a single piece up to 1000 grams of weight, two machines for bi-coloured or bi-material items.
The injection moulding machines are robotic operating systems that intervene at every level of the production process: from the loading of the raw material to the moulding, up to the evacuation and the separation of the waste of the finished product.
RO.BIA.PLAST’s work also includes ultrasonic plastic welding and pad printing. The first represents a type of welding that is necessary for the assemblage of more items, whilst the latter is used to print logos with a large selection of writing styles and also used for any tailor-made messages desired by the client.
