PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF (EU) REGULATION NO. 2016/679

This document is delivered to you in compliance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (the so-called GDPR) which, in relation to the management of personal data, requires the Data Controller who collects data from the person concerned to give the latter a set of specific information regarding data processing, when such data is obtained.
With this in mind, therefore, we provide you with this information notice containing details on the processing of personal data provided when browsing on the https://www.robiaplast.com/it/ website.
ARTICLE 1 – IDENTITY AND CONTACT DATA OF THE DATA CONTROLLER (see article 13(1)a, GDPR)

ARTICLE 2 – CONTACT DATA OF THE DATA PROTECTION OFFICER (DPO) (see article 13(1)b, GDPR)
The specific type of data processing, as well as the activities referred to in the company purpose, do not provide for the mandatory appointment of a data protection officer.
ARTICLE 3 – PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING (see article 13(1)c, GDPR)
The processing will concern the following data.
3.1 Navigation data
Consultation of this website will result in the acquisition of navigation data, through the technology of “cookies”.
The Data Controller, with reference to the cookies directly installed by the Site, specifies the following:
(i) data is only collected for the purposes indicated in the tables in the Cookie Policy;
(ii) the use of technical cookies does not require the user’s prior consent as these are cookies necessary to enable navigation within the Site and the proper functioning of the same.
(iii) with reference to third party cookies, the purposes of these cookies, the logic underlying their processing and the management of the user’s preferences with respect to the cookies themselves are not determined and/or verified by Ro.Bia.Plast S.r.l. but by the third party that provides them, as a supplier and data controller, as indicated in the tables below. However, regardless of the fact that Ro.Bia.Plast S.r.l. believes that the user has validly expressed his consent to the installation of cookies, including those of third parties, Ro.Bia.Plast S.r.l. undertakes to provide support to users who request to know how to exercise their consent/selective refusal or to delete cookies from their browsers.
No sensitive data will be processed.
The processing, for the purposes indicated above, where applicable, will be based on the consent of the person concerned, which must be given in the manner indicated in the Cookie Policy.
3.2 Contact and personal data that is spontaneously communicated
Consultation of this website may involve the user’s spontaneous communication of contact and personal data in the event of job applications or requests for services.
In these cases, the processing of personal data will be aimed at assessing job applications or responding to requests for services; consequently, the processing in question will be based on the dual principle of lawfully executing the contract and legal obligations, since such personal data is potentially necessary to comply with the related legal obligations that arise from the elaboration of supply contracts and collaboration.
3.3 Contact and personal data provided by filling in forms on the Site
The processing of data provided by the person concerned by filling in appropriate forms on this Site will be aimed at assessing job applications or responding to requests for services sent by the user; consequently, the processing in question will be based on the dual principle of lawfully executing the contract and legal obligations, since such personal data is potentially necessary to comply with the related legal obligations that arise from the elaboration of supply contracts and collaboration.
The processing, for the purposes indicated above, will also be based on the consent of the person concerned, which must be given by signing the declaration at the bottom of the contact form. The consent will make express reference to; the above, also in view of the possibility that the user provides particular data when applying for a position.
ARTICLE 4 – LEGISLATIVE INTERESTS PURSUED BY THE DATA CONTROLLER FOR THE PROCESSING (see article 13(1)d, GDPR)
The processing is not necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or third parties.
ARTICLE 5 – PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS (see article 13(1)e, GDPR)
The processing does not involve personal data recipients or categories of recipients.
ART.6 – TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS (see article 13(1)f, GDPR)
The processing does not involve the transfer of data to non-EU countries or international organisations.
ARTICLE 7 – CONSERVATION PERIOD OF DATA OR RELATIVE DETERMINATION CRITERIA (see article 13(2)a, GDPR)
The navigation data will be kept for the duration indicated in the tables in the Cookie Policy below.
Contact and personal data provided by the user will be kept until the revocation of consent, where applicable, in other cases, it will be kept for a maximum of 30 days from the time of sending.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS (see article 13(2)b, GDPR)
Data subjects shall have the right to request that the Data Controller provide access to and rectification or erasure of personal data, as well as the restriction of the data processing concerning them. They also have the right to object to the data processing and the right to data portability.
ARTICLE 9 – WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT (see art.13(2)c, GDPR)
Where applicable, the Data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time; pursuant to article13(2)c, GDPR the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing, based on the consent given prior to withdrawal.
ARTICLE 10 – COMPLAINT (see article 13(2)d, GDPR)
The Data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
ARTICLE 11 – OBLIGATION OR NECESSITY OF DATA TRANSFER (see article 13(2)e, GDPR)
Technical cookies, for which no consent is required, are necessary to enable navigation within the Site and the proper functioning of the Site itself.
In the event of technical cookies being removed through browser settings, navigation within the Site may not be possible, partially or entirely.
As regards “profiling” cookies, however, it should be noted that deactivating them does not have any effect on navigation within the Site.
The communication of personal data is a necessary requirement so that the user may be contacted and receive more information on our services. You do not have a legal obligation to provide such data, but this will make it impossible to respond to your request for us to contact you and for you to receive more information on what you would like.
ARTICLE 12 – AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESSES (see article 13(2)f, GDPR)
The processing will not be subject to an automated decision-making process.
ARTICLE 13 – DIFFERENT PURPOSE FOR THE PROCESSING (see art.13(3), GDPR)
The data will not be processed for purposes other than those set out in Article 3.
