Mould making and Plastic injection moulding
Ro.Bia.Plast is a reference point for mould design and manufacturing. Our company carries out this activity both for customers’ special orders and for its range of vacuum cleaners, wet vacuum cleaners and small steam generators. We maintain high technical, manufacturing and organizational standards that allow us to be certified according to the current UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015.
Ro.Bia.Plast equipment has sophisticated machines including two AGIE five-axis wire cut EDM machines, three JOEMARS die sinking EDM machines, two CNC C.B. FERRARI three-axis milling machines and two manual milling machines, a LODI tangential grinding machine and a ROBBI internal-external grinding machine, two turning machines (one CNC MOMAC and one handy).
In Ro.Bia.Plast there are two moulding units with 26 ARBURG and NEGRI BOSSI injection moulds, in a range with units from 35 to 370 tonnes with the possibility to mould items up to 1000 grams. These injection moulds have robotic operating systems that intervene at every level of the production process.

Our company is also able to carry out ultrasonic welding and pad printing works allowing to assemble more details. In our machines fleet there are 2 cab machines with rotating table and 2 manual machines, as well as pad printing machines used to make lettering and logos on end products.
There are three assembly lines, two classic synchronous transfer lines and a new asynchronous transfer ring line.
